Testing strategy
We identify the workflows, risks, roles, environments, and product behaviours that need reliable validation.
Treegress builds the right AI testing setup for your critical workflows — then runs it, reviews failures, and maintains it as your product changes.
For product teams that want to get the benefits of AI testing without building and supervising an internal agentic testing operation.
Treegress does not only recommend testing tools. We assemble, operate, and maintain the testing capability required for your product.
We identify the workflows, risks, roles, environments, and product behaviours that need reliable validation.
We choose AI agents, Treegress capabilities, existing tests, open-source frameworks, or approved third-party tools for your case.
Accounts, permissions, data, environments, prompts, context, assertions, and execution rules are configured.
Testing runs on the agreed schedule, release trigger, or delivery workflow.
Failed and blocked runs are reviewed before your team receives the result.
The setup changes with your workflows, UI, roles, data, and integrations so coverage stays useful.
Your team keeps visibility and control. Treegress owns the operational work.
The difference is not whether AI is used. It is who selects, integrates, operates, and maintains the testing capability.
You buy software.
You buy an operated capability.
You buy time.
AI can scale testing. Treegress makes that testing practical, reviewed, and operational inside your delivery process.
Treegress selects and implements the testing approach for up to three agreed workflows inside your product and delivery pipeline.
Technical fit, workflows, and deliverables are confirmed before payment. The pilot does not automatically start a subscription.
Treegress runs the proven setup, investigates failures, maintains coverage, and adds tests as your product changes. Agents, data, and integrations stay current.
Includes management of up to 1,000 active tests
Pricing scales with products, environments, user roles, workflow complexity, test data, investigation volume, and service capacity.
Prioritize what needs reliable validation.
Build coverage within the agreed scope.
Execute on schedule or delivery trigger.
Investigate failed and blocked runs.
Keep tests, data, context, and tools current.
Before Treegress
GrubDial’s developers and Product Owner handled testing themselves. With no structured regression checklist or repeatable cycle, release confidence depended on manual re-checking and developer availability.
What Treegress implemented
Most regression coverage runs through the Treegress Platform, including authentication, restaurant management, menu and CSV flows, printer verification, user management, and settings. Separate end-to-end automated tests cover the Stripe and VAPI integrations.
Our philosophy is simple: keep engineers focused on innovation. Treegress took regression off the team’s plate so we ship with confidence.Kalpesh Shethia, Founder & CEO, GrubDial
No. Treegress selects the setup that fits your product. The implementation may include Treegress, specialized AI testing agents, open-source frameworks, existing tests, and approved third-party tools.
Yes. Existing tests, frameworks, and integrations are reviewed and reused where they provide value. Treegress does not require you to replace your current stack without a clear reason and your approval.
It is the number of tests Treegress is responsible for operating, reviewing, and maintaining within the agreed service scope. It does not mean 1,000 new tests are created every month. Product complexity, environments, data, roles, and investigation volume also affect capacity and pricing.
We normally need a product contact, an agreed testing environment, test accounts, test data, relevant documentation, and notice of material workflow changes. Source-code access is not automatically required.
Required licenses, infrastructure, or third-party costs are identified during scoping. Nothing is purchased without your approval, and the proposal clearly states which costs are included.
You retain access to historical results. New execution, investigation, maintenance, coverage expansion, and technology evaluation stop when the service ends.
In a 30-minute consultation, we will review your product workflows, release process, current QA workload, and testing goals. If Treegress is a fit, we will define the workflows and technical scope for the managed pilot.
Best for product teams that want more testing confidence without owning the AI testing operation internally.
